🎯 What You'll Do

• Launch non-standard activations to engage and reactivate users
• Design A/B tests and optimize the user journey
• Drive educational and bonus-based campaigns
• Manage paid acquisition and ASO/SEO experiments

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years of growth or performance marketing experience
• Proven expertise in acquisition, retention, paid ads, SEO, analytics
• Native-level Ukrainian and strong English proficiency
• Passion for crypto/blockchain/fintech
