💼 About This Role

You'll deliver trauma-informed group sessions and individual therapy for youth offenders in a correctional facility at Chowchilla. You'll collaborate with CDCR and institutional staff to support rehabilitation. This role offers a chance to work within a therapeutic community focused on social justice.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct group and individual therapy sessions for participants.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for each participant.
• Document service delivery and progress in ARMS system.
• Collaborate with CDCR/CCHCS and institutional staff.

📋 Requirements

• PhD with 1 year experience or Master's with 2 years in SUDT/mental health
• Active and current license from Board of Behavioral Sciences
• Understanding of substance abuse causes and effects
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Access

• Experience working in licensed or certified programs
• Familiarity with trauma-informed curricula
• Clinical supervision experience for interns
