Description

You'll design, operate, and scale the infrastructure powering the world's largest satellite constellation, managing a network of millions of daily users. You'll develop automation for on-premise compute, manage core infrastructure like databases and monitoring, and collaborate with software engineers to create scalable, maintainable products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, information systems/IT, or engineering + 5 years experience in systems admin, SRE, or DevOps (or 7 years without degree)
• 2+ years experience with Linux operating systems
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or other infrastructure tools
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Proficiency in Bash, Python, and/or other scripting languages; Python, C++, or C development experience

Responsibilities

• Develop automation to deploy and manage on-premise compute resources
• Deploy and manage core infrastructure such as databases, monitoring, and distributed storage
• Collaborate with software engineers to create highly scalable, operable, and maintainable products
• Engage in the whole lifecycle of services from inception to refinement
• Provide fast and comprehensive software validation including virtualized, hardware-in-the-loop, and on-orbit test platforms
