You'll set the architecture and technical direction for MetaMask Mobile, a React Native platform serving millions of users. As the most senior hands-on mobile engineer, you'll drive performance, stability, and developer experience while leading cross-team initiatives that shape the future of Web3 wallets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own mobile platform architecture and key tradeoffs
• Lead large upgrades and migrations
• Improve developer experience tooling and automation
• Drive performance culture with metrics and dashboards

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years building and scaling mobile apps
• React Native production expertise with architecture and performance
• Deep native experience with iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) or Android (Kotlin/Jetpack)
• Track record leading cross-team technical initiatives

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with crypto/Web3, wallets, or fintech
• Open-source contributions in React Native or mobile
• Background in fully remote, globally distributed teams
