💼 About This Role

You'll join the Merchant Helpdesk Team at Paytm Payments Services Limited, handling merchant queries and escalations via calls and emails. You'll ensure timely resolution of issues for online merchants. This role offers a chance to be part of India's largest digital payment ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails to resolve merchant issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve merchant queries within defined TAT.
• Escalate and manage complex issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with merchants for follow-ups and issue closure.

📋 Requirements

• 6 months of work experience with online payment aggregator or similar role.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts including Sundays.
