💼 About This Role

You'll execute GMP manufacturing operations for cell and gene therapies, operating automated and manual equipment for CAR-T, CAR-M, or CAR-NK processes. Your work ensures patients receive life-saving therapies on time. You'll join a collaborative team at a fast-growing CDMO focused on immune cell therapies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute GMP manufacturing operations per SOPs and Master Batch Records
• Perform aseptic manipulations, cell culture, and formulation support
• Operate and maintain cell and gene therapy processing equipment
• Document activities in batch records and electronic quality systems
• Support material handling, cleaning, and contamination control

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering with 0-1+ years GMP experience
• Associate's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering with relevant experience
• Proficiency in aseptic techniques and cleanroom behavior
• Ability to perform basic calculations (volumes, concentrations)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Veeva or other QMS systems
• Familiarity with cell therapy manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of GMP and GDP principles
