You'll identify and qualify new sales opportunities for MongoDB, working closely with Sales and Marketing teams. You'll gain deep product knowledge and build pipelines while nurturing early-phase leads. This role offers structured sales training in a high-growth environment with a clear path to becoming an Account Executive.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Identify high-potential businesses for MongoDB across your region
- Develop and lead inbound and outbound campaigns from idea to qualified call
- Interact with IT and business decision makers via phone and email
- Set qualified introductory meetings for the Sales team
๐ Requirements
- Self-starter with track record of hitting and exceeding goals
- Outstanding communication skills in Hebrew (native) and English (fluent)
- Time management skills and ability to work independently or through coaching
- Desire to work in a fast-paced and high growth environment

- Strong and progressive academic background
- Proven sales or business development experience in target driven environment
- Familiarity with database and open source technology
