You'll build the outbound BDR function from scratch as the founding hire. You'll design and execute the prospecting strategy, then hire and coach a team. You'll work directly with the Head of GTM and own the pipeline number.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Design and own outbound prospecting strategy and sequences.
  • Execute outbound yourself in early days via email, phone, LinkedIn.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop first BDR team.
  • Partner with Head of GTM to define ideal customer profile.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2โ€“3 years of BDR/SDR management experience.
  • 3โ€“5 years prior experience as a BDR, AE, or related sales role.
  • Builder mentality energized by ambiguity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into finance, accounting, or CFO personas.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT.
  • Prior experience at an early-stage company.
