๐ผ About This Role
You'll build the outbound BDR function from scratch as the founding hire. You'll design and execute the prospecting strategy, then hire and coach a team. You'll work directly with the Head of GTM and own the pipeline number.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design and own outbound prospecting strategy and sequences.
- Execute outbound yourself in early days via email, phone, LinkedIn.
- Hire, onboard, and develop first BDR team.
- Partner with Head of GTM to define ideal customer profile.
๐ Requirements
- 2โ3 years of BDR/SDR management experience.
- 3โ5 years prior experience as a BDR, AE, or related sales role.
- Builder mentality energized by ambiguity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience selling into finance, accounting, or CFO personas.
- Familiarity with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT.
- Prior experience at an early-stage company.
