You'll ensure the integrity and usability of complex biological datasets for training AI foundation models at a fast-growing startup. You'll collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to develop data validation pipelines and standardization practices. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement data validation protocols for diverse biological datasets
• Design and automate data quality pipelines to identify issues early
• Establish and enforce data standardization practices
• Collaborate with R&D team and communicate findings to stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• Deep understanding of transcriptomics data types (bulk, single-cell, spatial)
• Proven experience in implementing data quality control procedures and pipelines
• Proficiency in Python and data visualization libraries (e.g., matplotlib)
• MSc in Biology, Computational Biology, or Bioinformatics

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in machine learning analysis of histology images
• Experience working with AWS
• Experience with data annotation guidelines and data ontologies
