You'll own the conversation quality and metrics for a high-volume conversational AI platform powering millions of calls and texts weekly. You'll lead experiments with prompts, messaging, and flows using AI tools like Claude to improve conversion and expand the AI assistant into new products. This role offers autonomy to drive impact on a revenue-critical surface at a profitable Series A startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review transcripts and calls to identify conversation breakpoints.
• Run A/B tests on prompts, timing, and flows.
• Use AI tools to surface patterns and validate ideas.
• Partner with analytics to define and track success metrics.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in product management.
• Experience with conversational AI or messaging platforms.
• Strong experimentation skills including A/B testing.
• Ability to work with SQL and Looker for data analysis.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in insurance or fintech.
• Background in conversational design or UX writing.
• Familiarity with evaluating ML outputs.
