As a Business Recruiter at Lyft, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for key business pipelines such as Policy, Marketing, and Global Supply Management, serving as a strategic talent partner to internal stakeholders. You'll drive efficient and inclusive hiring processes in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years full-cycle recruiting experience managing 10-12+ active requisitions
• Experience in hyper-growth or scale-up environment with shifting priorities
• Strong operational excellence and ability to use pipeline data to tell stories
• Expertise in creative sourcing beyond LinkedIn
• Self-directed capable of managing multiple requisitions with minimal oversight

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for business organization ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Create scalable processes to support company growth
• Partner with internal clients to develop sourcing strategies
