You will curate high-performing auctions and shape the strategic direction of the Modern Coins category. You'll combine your market expertise and commercial drive to strengthen supply, increase revenue, and position the category for sustained growth in a dynamic online marketplace.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in modern coins, contemporary minting, and bullion innovations
• Proven commercial experience buying and selling coins in wholesale or retail environments
• Entrepreneurial and trading mindset with ability to act quickly on market opportunities
• Active network including mints, distributors, dealers, collectors, and modern coin creators
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Curate, review, and validate submitted lots for authenticity, quality, and commercial relevance
• Build and optimise weekly auctions aligned with release calendars, minting trends, and market demand
• Apply data insights to improve pricing, lot selection, conversion, and auction performance
• Identify growth segments, supply gaps, and emerging opportunities to shape the category roadmap
• Expand and activate a network of mints, distributors, wholesalers, and collectors to secure supply
