🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the full estimating and pre-construction process from scope to final proposals.
• Analyze drawings and specifications to determine materials, labor, and timelines.
• Collaborate with project leaders to align schedules, resources, and milestones.
• Run competitive subcontractor bid processes with clear scope alignment.

📋 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar.
• Significant experience in commercial construction estimating, ideally interiors.
• Strong trade knowledge and ability to coordinate multiple subcontractor packages.
• Proficiency with project management tools and scheduling software.
