💼 About This Role

You'll drive strategy and execution across Fullscript's medical innovation portfolio, building new experiences that improve care delivery, practitioner workflows, and patient adherence. You will bridge clinical science, technology, and patient experience to turn medical insights into real-world tools. This role requires close collaboration with technical teams (ML, data science, engineering) and shaping how we use AI/ML and data to enhance clinical decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support strategy and delivery for high-impact product initiatives.
• Translate practitioner needs into scalable product opportunities.
• Apply technical fluency in backend systems, ML, and data architecture.
• Support development and validation of AI/ML models for medical accuracy.

📋 Requirements

• Graduate degree (MD, ND, NP, DO, PharmD, RD, DC) with 5+ years patient care experience
• 5+ years in clinical advisory/support role in software or healthtech
• Technical literacy to work with data scientists, ML engineers, backend developers
• Experience in high-growth or startup environments
