💼 About This Role

You'll lead month-end close and strengthen internal controls for a carbon removal company scaling operations across multiple facilities. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate accounting data into ERP and carbon accounting systems. This role is key to building scalable accounting infrastructure in a mission-driven manufacturing environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close with GAAP compliance and intercompany elimination.
• Coordinate annual audits and tax filings with external partners.
• Supervise and develop AP, AR, and GL accounting team.
• Partner with Production and Engineering to develop standard cost models for bio-oil production.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience including 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience with cost accounting and inventory management.
• Multi-entity operations and intercompany consolidations experience.
