You'll own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, driving net revenue retention and expansion. You'll deliver measurable ROI and lead executive relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders. This role combines commercial sharpness with data-driven strategy to grow key accounts.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own renewal and expansion targets for enterprise portfolio
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with executive stakeholders
- Identify expansion signals and build account expansion plans
- Partner with Product and Engineering on customer blockers
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years in Account Management or Customer Success with revenue ownership
- Net Revenue Retention and expansion quota achievement track record
- Deep understanding of customer health frameworks and KPIs
- Executive-ready written and verbal communication skills
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in retail tech or loss prevention SaaS
- Familiarity with CRM and BI tools
- Experience building expansion playbooks
