You'll own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, driving net revenue retention and expansion. You'll deliver measurable ROI and lead executive relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders. This role combines commercial sharpness with data-driven strategy to grow key accounts.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own renewal and expansion targets for enterprise portfolio
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with executive stakeholders
  • Identify expansion signals and build account expansion plans
  • Partner with Product and Engineering on customer blockers

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Account Management or Customer Success with revenue ownership
  • Net Revenue Retention and expansion quota achievement track record
  • Deep understanding of customer health frameworks and KPIs
  • Executive-ready written and verbal communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in retail tech or loss prevention SaaS
  • Familiarity with CRM and BI tools
  • Experience building expansion playbooks
