💼 About This Role

You'll own the full customer lifecycle for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving product adoption and securing renewals. Your core impact is maximizing customer satisfaction and retention while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow revenue. This strategic role directly shapes Scality's growth in key markets and builds lasting trust with customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead seamless onboarding and drive product adoption.
  • Monitor customer health using data and insights.
  • Identify and nurture upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product.

📋 Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in Customer Success or client-facing B2B tech role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow enterprise account portfolio.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Gainsight, or equivalent).
  • BS or MS degree in Computer Engineering, Business, Sales, or equivalent.

  • Familiarity with data storage concepts and cloud environments.
  • Experience with SaaS or infrastructure software.
  • Additional European language (German, Spanish, French).
