Description

You will lead and drive high-priority hardware programs from concept to mass-production for point-of-sale products, owning the end-to-end schedule, budget, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful launches.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in hardware engineering program management
• Experience with multiple system or subsystem hardware products
• Ability to pick up domain knowledge and spot real risks
• Experience working with contract manufacturers and component suppliers
• Self-starter with strong sense of urgency and problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware programs from concept to mass-production
• Own end-to-end program schedule and budget
• Drive internal cross-functional and external vendor teams to meet milestones
• Lead core hardware team and coordinate across product, software, logistics, GTM
• Communicate program status, issues, risks to executives
