💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare's mission to transform the construction industry by performing maintenance and repair on a variety of heavy equipment and aerial lifts at our St. Louis facility. You'll use our T3 platform to diagnose issues faster and work smarter.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance and repair on heavy equipment and aerial lifts
• Use technology to create and monitor work orders
• Assist in training lower level technicians
• Travel to customer job sites for repair when needed

📋 Requirements

• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Must own tools applicable to position
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Must be at least 21 to operate company vehicle

• Trade school certificate preferred
• Experience in field service and maintenance preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements
