You'll lead a team building core product and platform capabilities for over 100 million creators, shaping system design and driving execution. You'll partner with product, design, and data science to deliver experiences people actually love in a fast-paced, music-obsessed environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where you set technical direction and grow your team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical direction and drive architecture decisions for your team's domain.
• Build, coach, and grow a team of engineers through hiring and performance cycles.
• Partner with product, design, and data science to define roadmaps and ship features.
• Navigate the full development lifecycle, removing blockers and managing tradeoffs.

📋 Requirements

• 5–7 years managing a software engineering team shipping consumer products.
• Strong technical foundation to review code and guide architectural decisions.
• Experience translating ambiguous problems into clear plans with cross-functional partners.
• Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain strong engineers.
