💼 About This Role

You'll own Teramind's full marketing function as a key driver of pipeline and revenue growth. You'll build a world-class marketing organization competing in enterprise cybersecurity and workforce analytics markets. You'll partner closely with the CRO and executive team at a pivotal growth stage.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own market positioning and messaging architecture
• Build and scale a full-funnel demand generation engine
• Partner with Product and Engineering on product narratives and launch playbooks
• Assess, hire, and lead a high-performing global marketing team

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of B2B marketing leadership, including 3+ as VP or CMO
• Proven track record scaling demand generation in SaaS or enterprise software
• Deep expertise in cybersecurity, DLP, insider threat, or HR tech markets
• Experience with marketing attribution and automation software (HubSpot, Dreamdata, LinkedIn)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience marketing to CISO, CIO, or compliance buyers
• Background in founder-led, PE-backed, or late-stage growth companies
• International marketing experience (EMEA, APAC, LATAM)
