You will make Brex customers happy and productive by resolving inquiries via email, phone, and chat, using AI-powered tools to optimize quality and efficiency. You'll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering, and contribute to team goals and documentation.

Requirements

• Located within greater Vancouver area
• Must be able to start July 6th, 2026
• Passionate about customer support
• Ability to communicate technical problems clearly and tactfully
• Comfortable using AI tools in customer support

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat with empathy and precision
• Compose thoughtful, personalized responses for various customer requests
• Triage incoming requests and identify trends in customer issues
• Identify, reproduce, and document bugs for Engineering teams
• Contribute to team goals and share knowledge through mentorship and documentation
