💼 About This Role

You'll build the marketing function from scratch at an OT security startup backed by Founders Fund, owning brand strategy, demand generation, and sales enablement. You'll turn early traction with Fortune 100 customers and the US Government into market awareness and sales leads using AI-powered automation. This role offers the chance to define a category in a small, underserved buyer community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build brand awareness through thought leadership, events, and media
• Design automated lead generation and multi-channel account engagement
• Create intelligent nurture campaigns for different buyer personas
• Generate technical content by extracting knowledge from engineering team

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience
• 3+ years in a marketing leadership role
• Track record building marketing from scratch at Series A/B companies
• Experience marketing complex technical products with $100K+ ACVs to enterprise buyers
