You'll join Compass's team shaping marketing and branding projects for real estate agents, providing strategic support from concept to execution. You'll deliver value by making clients' marketing efforts more efficient and impactful, collaborating with stakeholders to improve the agent experience. This role is 100% in-office in Hollywood/Studio City with flexible scheduling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Consult with customers to identify marketing needs and build strategic plans.
• Create templated creative work using InDesign and coordinate with design team.
• Analyze and optimize marketing plans to exceed agent expectations.
• Cultivate customer relationships and provide personalized experiences.

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of marketing experience.
• Skilled communicator with strong interpersonal skills and relationship management.
• Deep understanding of marketing strategy and planning across multiple channels.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign.
