Description

You will work on a project evaluating whether to rebuild a large internal HR system as a custom solution or implement an off-the-shelf product, playing a key role in the discovery and decision-making phase.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis
  • Federal project experience (DOE preferred)
  • Experience on projects with 10+ people
  • Strong elicitation and modeling skills
  • Willingness to work onsite five days per week

Responsibilities

  • Define business needs and manage customer expectations
  • Elicit and document requirements using various techniques
  • Analyze, prioritize, and reconcile requirements from multiple sources
  • Identify process improvements and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Coach and mentor BA team members
