You'll own the stability, governance, and evolution of OpenGov's core workplace application platforms, including collaboration, productivity, and identity systems. You'll lead a small team, define operational frameworks, and manage tools like Okta, Slack, Atlassian, and Google Workspace. This player-coach role balances hands-on administration with mentorship and cross-regional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own configuration, governance, and lifecycle of workplace application platforms
• Serve as primary owner for application-level IAM configuration and access workflows
• Lead and mentor a team of workplace application administrators
• Define and enforce configuration standards for reliability, security, and scalability

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years administering enterprise workplace or internal business applications
• Hands-on experience with Okta, Slack, Atlassian suite, Google Workspace, and Zoom
• Understanding of IAM concepts and application-level access models within SaaS platforms
• Ability to operate as a player-coach balancing hands-on work with people leadership

• Experience managing or mentoring technical administrators
