You'll lead the development and implementation of Crusoe's corporate EH&S framework, serving as the key liaison with the Senior Director of Safety. Your core impact will be shifting the department from reactive tracking to proactive risk prediction through advanced management systems and analytics. You'll join a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building the future of AI compute with an energy-first approach.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as primary strategic partner to the Senior Director of Safety.
• Lead selection and implementation of corporate EH&S data management systems.
• Establish and oversee EH&S Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with data analytics.
• Manage corporate workers' compensation program and training strategy.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive EH&S management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Professional certification (CSP, CIH, CPE, or equivalent) is required.
• Deep expertise in U.S. OSHA and EPA regulatory standards.

• Experience leading EH&S for a vertically integrated technology or energy company.
• Direct experience with ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 management system implementation.
• Advanced knowledge of environmental sustainability reporting and ESG frameworks.
