Description

As a Senior Product Designer on ShareGate Protect, you will shape the future of digital governance by designing AI-powered experiences that help IT professionals navigate complex environments, identify pitfalls, and take confident action. You'll own problem spaces end-to-end, influence roadmap direction, and work closely with product, engineering, and data partners.

Requirements

• Experience leading end-to-end product design for complex data-heavy software
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work on AI-assisted or data-centric experiences
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, AI-assisted tools)
• Ability to balance short-term execution with long-term strategic thinking
• Experience mentoring other designers and collaborating in product trios

Responsibilities

• Own high-complexity problem spaces end-to-end, from concept through production
• Shape product vision and influence roadmap with UX viewpoints, prototyping, and customer insight
• Design AI-powered experiences that are intuitive, trustworthy, and valuable for diverse personas
• Lead fast discovery loops using behavioral signals, research, and in-product data
• Convert ideas into testable experiments for fast learning and measurable outcomes
