💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients in Chatham and Lee counties, NC. You'll perform evaluations, develop care plans, and educate patients on rehabilitative activities to promote independent living. This role offers flexibility and the support of a multi-disciplinary team from an industry leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform thorough evaluations of patients' functional status and ADL performance.
• Develop individualized intervention plans to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations for enhanced outcomes.
• Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care and safety activities.

📋 Requirements

• Current North Carolina Occupational Therapist license.
• Minimum of one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program.
