Description

You will establish best practices and operational protocols for Autonomous Vehicle (AV) Operators, driving safe and efficient testing and commercial fleet operations. You'll oversee on-site teams, coordinate with cross-functional departments, and champion a culture of safety and innovation to enable Motional's road toward commercialization.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years progressive management experience
• Minimum 2 years AV industry or technical operations management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel domestically up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-functional departments for resource allocation
• Manage day-to-day Test Operations to mitigate disruptions
• Develop and execute 6-12 month operational planning and strategy
• Conduct weekly performance check-ins with Supervisors
• Administer formal Performance Reviews for Operations Supervisors
