You'll own product reporting and metric governance for a fast-growing AI company, translating data into insights that drive adoption and revenue. You'll build and lead a product analytics function over time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define core product metrics and measurement strategy with cross-functional leaders.
• Build dashboards and investigate performance changes to inform strategy.
• Own metric definitions and data quality checks for consistency.
• Partner with engineering on data contracts and semantic layer ownership.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in product analytics or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with Databricks and BI tools.
• Proven ownership of metric governance and trusted reporting layers.
• Experience translating product usage data into retention and revenue actions.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience owning a semantic layer (e.g., dbt, LookML, or metric layers).
• Familiarity with experimentation measurement or lifecycle analytics.
• Experience with churn risk scoring or expansion readiness analysis.
