You'll own the full design process for clinical AI products that automate complex healthcare workflows, shaping the next generation of enterprise software. You'll work directly with customers and engineering to turn dense healthcare processes into intuitive experiences. This role offers high ownership in a fast-growing healthtech startup backed by top VCs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end design from discovery to delivery for core product areas
• Design complex multi-user workflows for clinical and operational teams
• Work directly with healthcare customers to understand pain points
• Establish design standards and partner with engineering on implementation

📋 Requirements

• Enterprise experience designing complex workflows and multi-user systems
• End-to-end ownership building products from scratch
• Ability to ship quickly without sacrificing craft
• Collaborative skills to work across engineering, product, and GTM
