You'll lead a first-line Commercial AE team at Astronomer, the company behind the Astro DataOps platform. Your core impact is shaping territory strategy, coaching sellers, and turning product strength into repeatable revenue. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Commercial AEs.
  • Shape go-to-market strategy including territory planning and ABM campaigns.
  • Run disciplined operating rhythm: 1:1s, pipeline reviews, QBRs.
  • Design and execute strategies for complex platform sales.
  • Hire top talent and partner with Recruiting to build diverse team.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years leading first-line AE teams with quota attainment.
  • Mastery of enterprise methodologies like MEDDIC or Command of the Message.
  • Experience thriving in high-growth and smaller company settings.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling complex platforms in data, DevOps, or infra.
  • Mix of startup/scaleup and larger-company experience.
  • Track record of hiring and onboarding diverse sellers.
