As a Project Executive at RAPP, you will drive project success by turning complex client briefs into smooth, dynamic project journeys. You'll coordinate teams, anticipate challenges, and maintain high-quality standards to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of professional project coordination experience
• Basic understanding of digital product development processes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
• Experienced user of collaboration tools (Asana, Trello, or equivalent)
• Clear communication skills for non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive sanity checks on project briefs and deliverables
• Coordinate information gathering across internal teams and external partners
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation and tracking systems
• Monitor project timelines and proactively identify potential delays or risks
• Support budget tracking and expense documentation
