Description

You will lead the evolution of our commerce infrastructure and operational systems, building systems that allow our operations team to scale seamlessly while creating a high-value patient experience. You'll own the checkout and post-purchase flows, drive technical integrations with pharmacy partners, and roll out new commerce capabilities like advanced payment systems and recurring order management.

Requirements

• 5+ years in E-commerce Product Management or deeply technical Operational role
• Proven track record managing digital store pipes (payments, SKU, fulfillment)
• Experience building or optimizing internal tools for team scaling
• Significant experience managing complex API integrations with engineering
• Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms

Responsibilities

• Design and build internal systems to scale operational infrastructure
• Own end-to-end checkout and post-purchase flows to drive patient LTV
• Lead technical integrations with pharmacy and fulfillment partners
• Manage rollout of new commerce functionality (payment systems, recurring orders)
• Partner as primary product lead with Engineering, Operations, Clinical, and Marketing
