Description

You will serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, overseeing contract execution and ensuring operational, performance, and compliance requirements are met. You will manage personnel, deliverables, and drive continuous improvement across the program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 7 years of IT program or project management experience in federal civilian or DoD
• At least 3 years managing end-user IT support contracts of similar size and complexity
• Active Public Trust Tier clearance or ability to obtain
• PMP and ITIL certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact between contractor, leadership, and COR
• Oversee daily operations, contract performance, and execution of all requirements
• Develop and maintain Contract Management Plan (CMP) within 30 days of contract award
• Manage transition-in and transition-out activities, including knowledge transfer
• Ensure all contract deliverables are on time and maintained in version-controlled repository
