You'll lead a pod of Business Development Representatives and act as a strategic architect for growth at a fintech leader. You'll define prospecting workflows and ensure the BDR team drives net-new opportunities. This role bridges sales functions and reports to the Director of Business Development.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Partner with Sales and Strategy to define and refine prospecting workflows.
- Establish and enforce data standards in Salesforce for GTM excellence.
- Empower BDRs to share prospecting expertise with cross-functional partners.
- Recruit, mentor, and optimize a high-output pod of BDRs.
- Monitor metrics and dashboards to provide leadership with pipeline insights.
๐ Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience leading BDR/SDR teams in high-growth SaaS.
- Proven track record as a top individual contributor and leadership experience.
- Ability to translate complex prospecting tactics into strategic value for senior stakeholders.
- Salesforce power user who builds reports and audits data to coach the team.
