You'll own the growth platform that powers user acquisition, activation, and retention across Handshake. Your team will build modular infrastructure for rapid experimentation and personalization. Partner with Product, Data, and Marketing to define the growth loop at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a high-performing Growth Engineering team
• Own the full growth funnel: acquisition, activation, retention systems
• Build scalable growth platform for experimentation and personalization
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, and Marketing

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years managing engineering teams
• 5+ years hands-on engineering experience
• Growth or platform background: systems driving user acquisition, activation, or retention
• Strong people leadership: track record of developing senior engineers
