You'll act as a strategic HR business partner to senior leaders, shaping people strategy for a global hospitality technology company. You'll drive organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and regional compliance across EMEA, including Spain. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with leadership to align people strategy with business objectives.
• Manage complex employee relations cases across multiple countries.
• Oversee regional employment compliance for Spain and EMEA.
• Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development.

📋 Requirements

• 3-4+ years of progressive HRBP or HR Manager experience.
• Deep knowledge of Spanish employment law including CBAs and equality plans.
• Experience managing EOR and contractor compliance across EMEA.
• Experience in remote-first, high-growth global organizations.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Workday and HR analytics tools.
• Experience supporting GTM or customer-facing functions.
