🎯 What You'll Do

• Design high-volume visual assets for paid and organic social channels.
• Produce A/B test-ready YouTube thumbnails to maximize CTR.
• Adapt brand guidelines into high-conversion marketing styles.
• Rapidly iterate creative based on real-time performance data.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in digital graphic design for high-growth D2C or B2B SaaS.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience creating YouTube thumbnails that increase CTR.
• Proven portfolio of high-performing ad creative.

✨ Nice to Have

• Basic motion graphics skills (After Effects/Premiere).
• Experience in YouTube thumbnail strategy and direct-response marketing.
• Familiarity with productivity software like Notion.
