Description

You'll own the success and health of small businesses in the Home Services segment, driving engagement and mitigating churn. Partnering with customers, you'll ensure they maximize value from Podium's platform and achieve their business goals.

Requirements

• 1+ years in customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, etc.)
• Working knowledge of AI technologies (LLMs, Voice AI, automation platforms)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Technically adept and able to grasp complex software concepts

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary post-sales contact for small business customers
• Drive adoption and utilization of Podium products
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Secure renewals and drive customer retention
• Conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction and offer solutions
