You'll lead product demonstrations for SMB clients and collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams. Your core impact will be providing technical education and guidance in a pre-sales capacity. You'll work cross-functionally to translate customer requirements into Socket capabilities.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead product demonstrations to showcase capabilities
  • Craft technical content for customer implementation
  • Support Proof of Concepts (POCs) with customer requirements
  • Distill customer feedback to Product Management

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Prior technical experience in Software Development or similar roles
  • Hands-on experience in customer facing roles
  • Ability to read/write scripts in Python, JS, or Golang
  • Knowledge of source control like GitLab or Bitbucket

โœจ Nice to Have

  • CS degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience with open source or vulnerability management
  • Experience with AI and Large Language Models
