🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end payroll operations for UK and Germany.
• Design and implement payroll processes and controls.
• Drive payroll system configuration and integration.
• Manage vendor evaluations and system implementations.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of payroll experience with 3+ years in leadership.
• Deep expertise in multi-country EMEA payroll regulations including the UK.
• Experience with payroll and HR system configuration (ADP, SAP, BambooHR).
• Proficiency in payroll governance and SOX compliance.
