💼 About This Role

You'll own the internal technology platform and agentic AI strategy at a high-growth company, partnering with the COO to identify high-friction workflows and build self-service tooling and AI agents that reduce cost-to-serve and accelerate resolution. This builder's role combines platform product management with hands-on AI architecting, reporting directly to the VP of Product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and prioritize the technology and agentic AI roadmap across internal teams.
• Build and ship Claude Cowork and Claude Code agents for automated workflows.
• Identify and eliminate ops dependency on engineering via self-service tooling.
• Own KPIs like resolution time, AI deflection rate, and broken order rate.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience.
• At least 2 years owning internal tools or operational platforms at a high-growth tech company.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents using Claude Cowork or Claude Code with measurable outcomes.
• Track record of reducing operational cost-to-serve and moving metrics like resolution time or AI deflection rate.

• Experience in ticketing, marketplace, or high-volume transactional platforms.
• Familiarity with time-sensitive inventory and fulfillment environments.
