You'll join FitzMark, a third-party logistics provider, as a Carrier Sales Representative, coordinating shipments and building carrier relationships. Your core impact is ensuring on-time delivery and cost-effective rate negotiation using proprietary technology. This role offers uncapped commission potential in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Track freight in transit to ensure on-time delivery.
• Input tracking updates into the Transportation Management System.
• Coordinate available carriers with customer freight.
• Develop and maintain carrier relationships and expand carrier base.
• Negotiate and quote rates with carriers cost-effectively.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• 1-year sales experience preferred.
• 1-year logistics experience preferred.
• Experience conducting business over the phone highly preferred.
