Description

As a Territory Manager, you will build relationships with clinical partners in the Spokane community to connect people to life-saving mental health treatment. You'll develop go-to-market strategies, lead meetings with referral sources, and cement community partnerships to drive access to care.

Requirements

• Based in Spokane, WA area
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation (valid driver's license)
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Lead in-person meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and cement partnerships
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across different channels
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
