Description

You will support planning and execution of event presentation, show production, and entertainment logistics for NFL tentpole events, including international games. Lead run-of-show development, talent management, and onsite execution while collaborating cross-functionally with multiple departments to ensure high-quality fan and broadcast experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years experience in live event production, event presentation, or large-scale entertainment logistics
• Strong understanding of run-of-show development and live production workflows
• Experience managing vendors, production partners, and creative teams
• Ability to work long hours, weekends, holidays, and travel ~40%

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of event presentation and entertainment operations for NFL domestic and international events
• Oversee run-of-show development, creative content execution, talent management, and on-site show logistics
• Develop and manage detailed presentation schedules and run-of-show documents
• Coordinate planning meetings, site visits, rehearsals, and production calls
• Manage talent logistics including credentialing, transportation, scheduling, and on-site movement
