You'll own the full lifecycle of multi-channel retention campaigns, including Email, SMS, Push, and In-App, for a fast-growing digital insurance platform. You'll design automated customer journeys for key segments and drive cross-sell strategies to enhance customer loyalty and revenue. This role allows you to balance the cost of loyalty with incremental value, ensuring profitable and scalable retention activities.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage full lifecycle of multi-channel retention campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, In-App).
- Design and implement automated customer journeys for core segments.
- Conduct experimentation on campaign components to maximize conversion rates.
- Develop cross-sell strategies and manage loyalty reward partner relationships.
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in CRM, Retention Marketing, or Digital Campaign Management.
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables) and Google Analytics for campaign data interpretation.
- Deep experience building complex journeys in a modern CRM platform (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot).
- Strong grasp of mobile app ecosystems including Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, and deep linking.

- Familiarity with the AARRR growth framework.
- Experience in e-commerce or high-volume subscription business.
- Knowledge of multi-product bundling strategies.
