You'll lead consumer marketing strategy for OpenAI in Japan, shaping brand and product narratives that build trust and accelerate adoption. Your campaigns will drive full-funnel impact across digital, creator, and partner channels. This role is critical for making AI resonate in one of our most culturally nuanced markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop Japan-specific consumer marketing strategies aligning with global priorities.
• Drive full-funnel marketing across consumers, opinion leaders, and partners.
• Provide local cultural and media insights to inform strategy and creative.
• Manage agencies, creators, and partners for authentic campaigns.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of marketing experience with high-impact consumer campaigns in Japan.
• Deep understanding of Japanese consumer landscape, culture, and media ecosystem.
• Proven ability to execute integrated plans across brand, digital, influencer, and partner channels.
• Strong network of local agencies, creators, and production partners.
