As a Line Lead at Carvana's Inspection Center, you will manage a team of hourly associates to ensure vehicles meet rigorous quality standards. You'll oversee daily production, coach team members, and coordinate repairs to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Functional expertise in reconditioning process
• Ability to lift 60 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Ability to work overtime and weekends

• Manage vehicle movement and meet production goals
